Step into a realm where sensitivity is celebrated. You are invited to an open house, introducing our new sanctuary crafted for those who sense and process deeply.

HSP Holistic is based on yoga therapy, Ayurveda and holistic lifestyle consulting to help HSPs navigate change and transform challenges into strengths. I created this program based on my professional training and my own experience as an HSP. I’m delighted to now have a space to cultivate community and gather in person.
Nestled upstairs in the back corner of a quiet building conveniently located in downtown Chanhassen, this new open and light space is a tranquil oasis that caters to the unique needs of highly sensitive people. My intention is for you to feel cradled in comfort. The address is 854 West 78th St., Suite 202, Chanhassen, MN 55317.

During the open house, you’ll get to experience the space for yourself, say “hello” or meet me for the first time, and learn more about classes, workshops and programs being offered in this new space – all designed to illuminate a path to greater self-understanding and self-regulation.
